The Electronic Frontier Foundation and federal employee unions are suing Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to block their access to federal worker data. The lawsuit claims DOGE’s unrestricted access to the Office of Personnel Management’s systems violates the Privacy Act and puts employees at risk of privacy breaches and political coercion. @Engadget
